Dearest Wintergarden Faith Community,
As we continue to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world, let us do so with love and hope. Our weekly email of prayers is a way for us to share the prayers shared in worship, through the food pantry, and our various other ministries with a larger group. Due to privacy needs we will only include the first names of people and not last names. We also know this list will not be perfect and in need of constant updating. We will review this every week and be mindful of how we are being asked to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world.

Prayers of Joy
- Kymmie said what we were all thinking, that we rejoice today for Devon’s return to our pulpit! Amen, Amen Amen!
- We also join with Rich and Karen as they celebrate their 33rd anniversary!
- Wendy and Tom are giving thanks for having finally gotten their building permit.
Concerns
- Alison requests prayer for her uncle, Steve, with AFib.
- We pray for Weldon as he recovers from eye surgery.
- Pray also for continued healing for Barbara her hip.
- And continued prayer for Cecilia and her family as they continue her orthopedic journey.
- Wendy asked for prayer as they look for a new rental. [Found and lease signed.]
- Cheryl also asked for prayers her new peer advisor – specifically that he stays.
- Pray also for our 2 thanksgivings – that everyone has a good thanksgiving. (As a reminder, we’re doing Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving with the community and another Thanksgiving with First Presbyterian Church the Sunday before. Both will be at Wintergarden.)
- And Cheryl would particularly like to add that all those that do not have a place to go, please come and join us on Thanksgiving.
- Prayers for Cheryl’s friend in Mass. that is in a different period.
- Continued prayers for Cheryl’s brother and sister.
- For our military – those serving and for our veterans.
- Cheryl asked for prayer for her vacation, that it will be relaxing and enjoyable.
- Pray for the volunteers and clients of all the food banks.
- For those struggling with their mental health.
- For the persecuted around the globe.
- For those facing war and violence, especially Israel, Palestine, Russian and Ukraine.
- For peace in our own lives and for our world.
Traveling Mercies
- For all those traveling, especially those traveling during the upcoming holidays. That their travel is safe and full of joy
