Dearest Wintergarden Faith Community,
As we continue to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world, let us do so with love and hope. Our weekly email of prayers is a way for us to share the prayers shared in worship, through the food pantry, and our various other ministries with a larger group. Due to privacy needs we will only include the first names of people and not last names. We also know this list will not be perfect and in need of constant updating. We will review this every week and be mindful of how we are being asked to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world.
Blessings,
Pastor Devon
Prayers of the People
Lord, we lift up those that are hearting and need healing.
For direction and next steps.
For family and good health news.
For travel and direction.
For birthdays and patience.
For those in the midst of inner turmoil or an outer war.
For those battling addiction.
For those wondering where their next meal will come from.
For those that need to understand your power, strength and wisdom.
God, we pray that your world might experience peace, and that that peace will begin with us.
Lead us and guide us.
And we pray that the prayers that where shared and the prayers that rest deep in our hearts… that we can truly feel your peace as we lift all those up to you.
In your name we pray. Amen.
