Dearest Wintergarden Faith Community,
As we continue to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world, let us do so with love and hope. Our weekly email of prayers is a way for us to share the prayers shared in worship, through the food pantry, and our various other ministries with a larger group. Due to privacy needs we will only include the first names of people and not last names. We also know this list will not be perfect and in need of constant updating. We will review this every week and be mindful of how we are being asked to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world.
Blessings,
Pastor Devon
Prayers of Joy

- Maya asked we give thanks for Jesus dying on the cross for us! And for him giving us wonderful lives. (WOW! Out of the mouths of babes, as they say!)
- Kymmie asked for prayers of joy for Troy, a new volunteer – joy for his time with us so far! And that he continues to come.
- We all gave a special thanks and prayers for Pastor Syl.
- Maya gave a special request for prayers of thanksgiving to Pastor Syl for helping us!
- And the Sunday school kids did cards and art for him!
- There was also special treats and words of appreciation after the service.

- Prayers for Cheryl’s friends: Annie, Virginia, and Marty; as well as for her brother and sister.
- Pray for the volunteers and clients of all the food banks.
- Cheryl requests continued prayers for Jacaranda Place, and especially for Sandy who has shown interest in coming to church.
